Micro earthquake recording at a Nuclear power plant site

Five to six short period seismometers evenly distributed around the plant site within a radius of about 30 kilometers, and their signals telemetered to a central recording laboratory, where these are recorded along with a common time base (accuracy of 1 in 10,000,000 or better). The six stations constitute a microearthquake network. This network will enable determination of the location and magnitude of an earthquake source independently.
